    • Capacity of ÖGON wallets

      How many cards can I put in my ÖGON wallet?

       

      The card holders and wallets are designed to hold between 7 to 24 cards and papers.

      The capacity depends on the models, the thickness of the cards (embossed cards,...).

      If you have difficulty closing your product, it is because it is too full. Do not force it closed.

      Origin of the materials

       

      ÖGON Designs products are made with "premium" quality materials. We source high quality materials from all over the world.

       

      We use A-grade aluminium from Korea. The aluminium is dyed in the core with pigments from Japan, known for its quality. The anodization process is done in a factory certified "ECO"  that recycles waste.

       

      The leather used for the Cascade Wallet is genuine leather from Italy.

       

      The products made of carbon fiber are made in France, by a company specialized in aeronautic grade carbon fiber.

       

      All our products are then assembled at our facility located in Normandy (France).

      Quality check is also done in our facility.

    • RFID Protection

      What is “RFID SAFE"?

       

      Every ÖGON product, due to their aluminium cover, act like small Faraday cages.

      They stop magnetic waves and protect cards against demagnetization. All ÖGON models are certified "RFID Safe" because by blocking radio waves, they prevent any chance of unauthorized scanning of your cards or access to your personal information.

      By developing this security system more than 10 years ago, ÖGON is a true pioneer in this technology.

    • Care

      How to clean my ÖGON wallet ?

       

      The card holders in aluminium and carbon fiber can be cleaned with a soft cloth and window cleaner.

       

      The leather products do not need specific care.

    • After sales service

      ÖGON DESIGNS products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (with normal usage and following the directions given by the manufacturer).
      ÖGON DESIGNS warranty does not cover unreasonable or abnormal use of the product, damages (fall, shock), as well as the normal wear and tear of the product.

      Please indicate the product concerned, date and place of purchase and the defect.

      Please join to your email a proof of purchase and/or some photos showing the defect of the product.

       

      The warranty includes: replacement of the broken product by a new one and the shipment of the new product.

      All shipping costs associated with the return of the defective product shall be payable by the customer.

    • Our options

      Gift wrap option

      For each product, you have the possibility to receive it with a gift package (gift wrap or gift box depending on the size of the product). You can also write a message that will be added. 

      Laser engraving option

      For each product ordered, you have the possibility to add a text (maximum 20 letters or numbers) that will be engraved on your product. You can choose the font among the 8 offred. Special symbols and alphabets other than Latin (Cyrillic, Arab, and Asian) are not accepted.

      Since the technique used is laser engraving the result is white. The text is engraved in the material; a thin layer of aluminium is removed.

      Engraved products are not exchanged nor refunded.

       

      Tracker option

      This device is sold separately. You can put it anywhere on your wallet (on the outside in order not to reduce the capacity). The device has a 30 meter range and works with Bluetooth on a mobile application. The model is TracKR Bravo. For more information

    • Promotion code

      How do I use my promotion code?

      At the basket page, below step “ 2. Payment" to apply your promotion code, click “I have a promotion code", enter the code, and press “Apply".

      Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the code.

    • Order

      Has my order been taken into account?

      Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

      As soon as your order is shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number.

      Don't forget to check your Spam box.

      If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact us with your name used to take your order and we can assist you in this matter.

      How do I modify/cancel my order?

      In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us with your order number and explain your request. 

    • Delivery

      When will I receive my order?

      Once your order is successfully placed, it is then submitted to our warehouse where your items are picked, packed, and dispatched. You will receive an email with your package's tracking number shortly after the order ships. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

      Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Ögon, and its courier's, control.

      From where are your products shipped?

      Your orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France.

      Is shipping free?

      Shipping is free for orders above 90€ or $90 (by standard postal service or DHL depending on the country).

      What is the delivery cost?

      The delivery cost is indicated when you place your order. It can vary according to the courier selected and the country.

      Upon arrival of my parcel, I am asked to pay custom duties, why?

      For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

      It should be noted that ÖGON has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, ÖGON cannot predict their amount.

      Do you ship to my country?

      If your country is not in the list, it means our courrier service is unable to deliver to your country. For more information, relating to this, please contact your local DHL agency.

    • Return & exchange

      The product ordered does not meet my expectations, can I exchange my order?

      If you wish to exchange your order, please contact us; we will be happy to provide you with the procedure to follow. Please note you must send back (at your charge) the item(s) you wish to exchange in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. An additional invoice might be applied if the product you wish is more expensive.

      What is your return policy?

      If you wish to return your order, please contact us; we will be happy to provide you with the procedure to follow. Please note you must send back (at your charge) the item(s) you wish to exchange in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. As soon as we receive your parcel we will proceed to your refund.

    • Payment & Security

      What payment options do you accept?

      You can pay by credit card via our secured payment system handled by Cyberplus. Another verification process may be requested by your bank. You can also choose Paypal (also secured) and pay via your Paypal account or by credit card (American Express accepted).

      Why is my payment refused? 

      Your bank might be blocking the online payment for security reasons.

      You will need to contact your bank and ensure that they are not blocking this online payment. If you have chosen Paypal, make sure to verify your account details.

      Do you keep record of my payment details?

      We only have access to your transaction details (payment date, amount, country of card holder, type of card). Your credit card details are encrypted (secured) and are not communicated or saved.
